On Point Media Solutions produces and prints jobs for you per the files, specifications and instructions which you provide. You are responsible for approval of proofs, proof reading and errors. Please double check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork.
If we produce work that has been approved and it contains errors after production, then you are responsible for full production costs, as well as the cost for producing the work a second time, if you request us to do so.
You are also responsible for obtaining rights to use any text, photos, or original art submitted for production. On Point Media Solutions is not responsible for obtaining permission for use of intellectual property.
I understand this approval gives authorization to On Point Media Solutions to proceed with further instructions. I also understand proofs are not calibrated press quality and are for content proofing and colour draft only.
